Kojima Productions, in partnership with Nixxes Software, has revealed the technical specifications and PC-exclusive enhancements for the highly anticipated sequel.

Following its successful debut on PlayStation 5, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach officially arrives on PC on March 19, 2026. This version promises to push modern hardware to its limits, featuring cutting-edge technologies to ensure a superior visual and performance experience.

Performance and advanced technology

The port, handled by Nixxes Software (renowned for their high-quality Sony PC ports), will feature full support for the latest upscaling and frame generation technologies, including NVIDIA DLSS 4, AMD FSR 4, and Intel XeSS 2.

Additionally, PC players can expect:

  • Unlocked frame rates.
  • Ultrawide Monitor Support: 21:9 aspect ratio for gameplay and cutscenes (also available on PS5) and exclusive 32:9 Super Ultrawide support for PC.
  • Immersive Audio: Compatibility with Dolby Access, DTS Sound Unbound, and Windows Sonic.
  • Controller Support: Full mouse and keyboard support, alongside complete integration with DualSense haptic features.
