The highly anticipated Xbox Games Showcase is scheduled for June 7, 2026. While Microsoft has kept a tight lid on the presentation—only confirming that the elusive Project Helix will not be appearing—an unusual glitch on the Xbox Game Pass dashboard may have inadvertently revealed several major titles set to take the stage.

A Reddit user noticed that the “Coming Soon” tab on the Xbox Game Pass interface briefly listed seven high-profile games that currently lack concrete release dates. While Xbox has since updated the page to remove them, the slip-up has ignited speculation that these titles will receive major gameplay trailers and release windows at the showcase.

The seven “leaked” Game Pass titles

Because all seven games have been previously announced, the community expects this showcase to finally provide concrete launch windows or shadow-drops for the service:

  • Clockwork Revolution: The time-bending steampunk RPG from inXile Entertainment.
  • Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy: The rumored next chapter in Asobo Studio’s dark historical adventure series.
  • Fable: Playground Games’ highly anticipated fantasy reboot.
  • Tropico 7: The next installment of the satirical dictator sim.
  • Witchbrook: Chucklefish’s magical school life RPG.
  • There Are No Ghosts At The Grand
  • Armatus

The Fable strategy: evading the shadow of GTA 6

The inclusion of Fable on the Game Pass list raised eyebrows, especially following the official confirmation earlier this week that the game has been pushed back to a 2027 release window.

Development on the fantasy RPG has been underway at Playground Games for years. Industry analysts note that the delay is a calculated business move rather than a sign of troubled development. By pushing Fable into 2027, Microsoft is intentionally dodging the massive fallout wave of Grand Theft Auto VI, which is locked in for November 19, 2026.

Even with a 2027 target, a substantial gameplay deep-dive at the June 7 showcase is highly likely to reassure fans and maintain momentum.

With Fable safely pushed to 2027 to avoid the GTA 6 tidal wave, which of the other leaked titles are you hoping to see get a concrete 2026 release date at the showcase?
