Xbox and Netflix may be heading toward an unusual partnership. Preliminary talks between the companies indicate they are evaluating the possibility of a bundle combining Xbox Game Pass with the Netflix streaming service.

In recent interview, Netflix co-CEO Greg Peters revealed that he has already met several times with Asha Sharma, the new head of Xbox since February. While no deal has been finalized, both companies are talking regarding a joint offer that would unite gaming and entertainment under a single subscription.
This would not be the first time Microsoft has integrated another subscription into Game Pass, as the service already includes EA Play and even Fortnite crew subscriptions. In this context, a Game Pass and Netflix bundle would be a significant move for both companies, bringing games and streaming content together in one place.
Context of changes at Xbox
Microsoft has been significantly adjusting the Game Pass model recently. In October 2025, the company restructured its plans to offer more flexibility, though this also resulted in price increases.
